To register a Player account on tk1071 you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual acting in your personal capacity, not as a commercial entity or on behalf of any business;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close relative of any employee, contractor, director, or officer of tk1071 or any affiliated company;
• You have not previously had an account on the Platform that was suspended, terminated, or closed for a violation of these Terms;
• You are capable of entering into legally binding contracts under the laws applicable to you;
• You have not self-excluded from the Platform or from gambling services generally;
• You acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable to you.

Each Player may register only one (1) account on the Platform. Opening duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts is strictly prohibited. tk1071 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and to void any bets or winnings associated with them. To register, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You agree to notify tk1071 promptly if any of your registered details change.

All content available on the tk1071 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of tk1071 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, distribute, or display any content from the Platform for commercial purposes; (b) modify or create derivative works based on Platform content; (c) use any data mining, scraping, crawling, or similar data-gathering tools on the Platform; or (d) use the tk1071 brand name, logo, or trademarks without our prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may expose you to legal action. tk1071 actively enforces its intellectual property rights.

Closure by You: You may request the closure of your tk1071 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding bonus balance subject to active wagering requirements will be forfeited. Any real-money balance remaining in your account after verification will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Closure by tk1071: tk1071 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of this Agreement;
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity on your account;
• You have failed to satisfy our KYC or anti-money-laundering requirements;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or subsequently;
• Continued operation of your account would, in our reasonable opinion, expose tk1071 or other Players to unacceptable risk;
• We are required to do so by any applicable law, court order, or competent regulatory authority.

Where an account is closed by tk1071 due to a breach of these Terms, we reserve the right to withhold any balance (including winnings) pending investigation. If a breach is confirmed, such funds may be forfeited in their entirety.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and tk1071 with respect to the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.

Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from this Agreement if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: No failure or delay by tk1071 in exercising any right, power, or remedy under this Agreement shall operate as a waiver of that right. A waiver of any breach shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Assignment: You may not assign, transfer, or sub-license any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of tk1071. We may assign our rights and obligations under this Agreement at any time without your consent in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Force Majeure: tk1071 shall not be in breach of this Agreement, nor liable for any delay or failure in performance, resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, power outages, or failure of third-party telecommunications or payment infrastructure.
